A simple framework to walk through questions with stakeholders before you price a project. The framework helps internal projects as well to get an understanding of the full scope of a deliverable. Especially helpful if you are an instructional designer contractor who needs help understanding the layers of the project before you price out your work and ensure you have included everything.
